In order for points to be credited to your VIP account, please ensure that the email address you use when placing an online order matches the email address associated with your in-store VIP account. Please be aware that the email address is case sensitive.

Once you have ensured that the email addresses are identical, the points will be added to your VIP account once your order has been shipped.
