If your tracking is showing as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
They might ask you to check if the order has been:
- Left in a safe place?
- Could it be under or behind something, or in your mailbox?
- Has anyone else at your address accepted or signed for the item?

- Items received:
- Items still missing:
- Communication with Australia Post deeming item lost:
