Once your Click and Collect order is ready to collect, you will be contacted directly by a representative from your nominated store.
You will then have up to seven days from the time you are contacted by the store to collect your Click and Collect Order.
After this time, although your nominated store will make every effort to contact you, if you have not arranged an extension of time by contacting the store, then your Click and Collect Order may be cancelled. If we need to cancel your Click and Collect Order, a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.
