If your order has been shipped, but it’s no longer wanted you can refuse delivery and please reach out to our Customer Service team with the following information:
- Name on order:
- Order Number:
- Address:
Once our Customer Service team receives the information provided, they will contact you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, our Returns Team will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
Please note, that without an Return Authorisation (RA) number, your refund may take longer to process so please contact us with us as soon as possible.
